I put in a D.S. al Coda in measure 39 to go back to measure 6, where I stuck the Segno. The "To Coda" is at measure 16. I then stuck the Coda ending directly next to the D.S. al Coda, with a double bar line in between. When I tell it to play back, it goes back to the Segno, but plays the Coda at the same time. How do I fix this?

Nevermind, I figured it out:
The flow direction signs were only on one staff. They needed to be on all of them.

FWIW, putting them on all the staffs makes for a cluttered score when printing. Set the visibility option to On Top Staff to correct that. Then if you're printing single instrument parts they'll show, but if you're printing a score or a piano part, you'll only see them on the top line.
