How can I obtain an ascending gliss of 3-4 octaves? Tks.

Over how many beats? You might be able to approximate it with 32nd notes.

G'day Mario, ...gliss of 3-4 octaves - in short, you don't. At least not in NWC. There is a technique that was proposed by Fred Nachbur and an example of which is on the Scripto http://www.vpmag.com/nwc/ftp/helpful/gliss.nwc It works fairly well most of the time but I've had sound cards with which it is not always effective, and it would be very tedious for 4 octaves. There is quite some discussion on this in article #4491 Lawrie
