Mail Delays Starting Early...
In the past ten days, we have started receiving a growing number of complaints about CD package delivery. Based on these reports, at the moment, our packages appear to be delayed by up to an extra three weeks within the postal serivce. If you have recently ordered from us, please keep this in mind as you await your CD package.

Background
We ship a CD package with all NoteWorthy Composer orders. The CD package is mailed via the US Postal Service within 48 hours of your order. We send tha package via First Class mail domestically, and Air Mail for all others.

We have been using the US Postal Service for over a decade, and generally have fast, affordable, reliable delivery of our packages. This is the first time in our memory that delivery delays have been this slow, and have started this early in the holiday season.
