New Search Facility Headline ID: 15 First Appeared: 2002-09-24 10:42:35 < Previous | Next >

As you may have noticed, a new quick search facility has been added to the site. You can now quickly search for a word or phrase from any page on the site. Just click in the search box in the top right of any page, type in your phrase, and press Enter. All areas of the site are searched (including forum titles), and the results are categorized by area.

Note that some individual areas of the site also offer specific search facilities customized to the content in that area. These generally allow for more refined searches of the specific area, such as to find content from a specific author, as offered by the Forum and User Tip areas of the site.
